Breaking the Silence Fest 2026

  • Exchange Park 9850 U.S. 78 Ladson, SC, 29456 United States (map)

Saving Abel is headlining this festival!

What’s TicketSpice? Well, that’s our way of telling y’all that we’re using a world-class platform that ISN’T Ticketmaster!

Are you ready to bring the noise to the Lowcountry?

IMPORTANT UPDATE! Due to weather, we are having to enact our contingent weather plan and have moved all of the live music inside. The Lakefront Stage will now be in Freedom Hall, with reduced reserved seating. Don’t worry! If you had tickets before then they’ll be as good or BETTER seats. Considering we’ve had to pivot at the last minute, there may be some reserved seating issues and we will resolve those at the Honoring Julian booth inside Exchange Hall.

On May 30th, Saving Abel is headlining Breaking the Silence Fest at Exchange Park for the first (and hopefully more) annual Festival!

We’re not just playing music; we’re Breaking the Silence of Youth Violence. This festival is a direct mission of Honoring Julian, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to mental health awareness, bullying prevention, gun violence prevention, and suicide prevention. 100% of the net proceeds go toward the mission of "Love Above All."  In full transparency, the overhead for this is the cost of broadcasting the message.

This is an all-ages event; children 4 and under are free!  Entry requirements are low, all the way down to free for the early interest crowd.  There will even be some sponsored free tickets through various groups.  VIP parking is included with VIP tickets, and free general parking is available for everyone.

Saving Able, Intension, Marytree, The Schwa, Isaiah Araujo, Any Thing Better, and Little Green House will provide live music on the main stage!

Come join us for some music, some mental health resources, some local lowcountry food and entertainment, and a refusal to let the silent acquiescence of apathy continue to drown our voices. No dynamic pricing, $10 (GA: Cool) to $69 (VIP: Nice!); what you see is what you get (normal platform fees but not TM stuff). Let's get LOUD!

Love above all,

Honoring Julian

What’s Zeffy? Well, it’s a charity friendly platform where up to 100% goes to our charity. It’s clean and easy, but they don’t do reserved seating. This is for GA ONLY, not for a seat in the AMP.

  • Temporary tattoos, face painting, inflatables, games, and Crosswind Farms petting zoo!

  • Lowcountry therapy groups, quiet space to talk if you need, and a variety of materials from national and Lowcountry organizations including participating school districts.

  • Food trucks: Papa Grande, Fat Buddy’s BBQ, Sahara Sizzle, The RED Wagon, Hippie Drip Coffee, King of Pops, the SnoBar, and Ace of Spades Mobile Bartending.

Vendors: Tarot readings, tattoo consultations (*no real tattoos), crystals, and art from Moonstone & Marrow.

Speakers/Presentations: Martial Arts by Tora no Wa Karate Summerville, mental health topics by various Lowcountry therapists, and stand-up comedy by Trey Toler

EARLY FREE GA TICKETS! Available until all are claimed! CLICK HERE to see if FREE GA tickets through Zeffy are still available. 1,000 were originally reserved for FREE GA!

Volunteer interest?! We have a form to sign up to take a volunteer shift and get free entry, a free shirt, and a FREE MEAL! CLICK HERE to VOLUNTEER!

Reserved seating will be available in the Lakeside Amphitheater, so you don’t have to worry about fighting for one. If you’d like to buy a ticket in the AMP, they will be on sale 5/1/2026 and will be very reasonably priced! Check back tomorrow May 6th for more news!

Mayday Mayday!!! We may have an unexpected addition to the lineup, so we’re going to hold off for a few days as talks continue. The initial community early free tickets are still going to be available until gone, and prices for reserved seating will still be very reasonable for this level of event, but the worst that can happen is that you may have to wait a week for the announcement. This event is still going on as planned while we see what else we can add to this festival to make it as impactful as possible!

May 30th, a week after the second anniversary of the loss of Julian, will be the beginning of a massive movement to stop youth suicide. Let’s see what we can do!

All day, Saturday May 30th, at the Exchange Park fairgrounds in Ladson, SC, we’ll be celebrating the life of a loud kid, and of all the kids that should still be here. We’re not backing down, we’re not accepting the acquiescence, and we’re not accepting silence where there should be noise!

Come out for music, mental health information, food trucks, entertainment, or just a sense of purpose. This is designed to be a massive community shout to the powers that be, that we won’t simply accept their silence. We’re finalizing the lineup and have already secured lots of resources and entertainment, which will be detailed next week. Stay tuned; we’ll update with lots of details but you can still grab some free tickets while they last. Of course, this is for our charity so donations above reasonable ticket prices are all tax-deductible. Sorry for the boring stuff; more fun details soon!
